Question on orders not deducted in inventory on the indicated time

The POS sale of the same order is not the same transaction time as the back office sale details. How do we go about it? Since the inventory can't be deducted and updated in real-time when tracking the stocks as shown, there is a time difference. That goes for all the other orders that is happening on a daily basis

If you sure that the time on pos are correct,

Make sure that the account region are the same

Also, please make sure the date/time and the time zone settings are the same on the POS devices and on the PC which you use to log in to the back office.
