I try to connect my sumup cardreader with my loyverse account. The moment I have logged in to my sumup account and I have to authorize the permission request of loyverse I get the following message

"Toegang tot r.loyverse.com is geweigerd

Je hebt geen toestemming om deze pagina te bekijken.

HTTP ERROR 403"

How can I solve this?

Yes, I've tried IE and Chrome on both a tablet and laptop.

I have disabled the firewall, still the same. Don't have any ad blockers or VPN etc

By IE I mean the new Edge

Could you please tell us if this happens every time you try to connect?

Would you be able to send us a screenshot of the developer's console?

1. Press the Connect Account button in the Back Office.
2. Enter you Sumup credentials in to the login form.
3. Open the developer console (F12) and then press on the login button.
4. Wait for the error message to appear on the screen
5. Send us a screenshot of the "Console" tab from the console.
