I forgot to unsubscribe possible for refund?

I am event organizer and my use for loyverse is seasonal hence i do not need to be subscribed throughout the year... Is it possible for me to get a refund as my card was charged 30 minutes ago. Any help would be appreciated.. Love the your App.
