how to print order list with category title ?

wanan ask how to print out order list. folo which category 1st,2nd,3rd..

 

for example:

On the kitchen order cannot be displayed the name of the category. There can be displayed only the names of the ordered items, the modifiers, comments, customer's name, employee's name, and the dining option.
