Duplicate entries (why show both buttons at all times?)

We have an issue where an employee can press clock in, then without clocking out first, clock in again later, it messes up their time cards if this mistake happens. The same if they press clock out twice. 

Is it possible to have the system only show the clock in button when the staff member is not clocked in, and only show the clock out button if the staff member is already clocked in. Rather than always showing both buttons.

I understand your concern. Currently, it is not possible to have the system only show the clock-in button when the staff member is not clocked in, and only show the clock-out button if the staff member is already clocked in, however, I will gladly pass that on to the development team.
