Barcode Scanner on Tv Box T95 android 10

Barcode scanner not working in Tv Box T95 

it scan the code correctly but when you go to Sales it does not add in ticket and sometimes it add different product than the given everything works like receipt printer but the Barcode Scanner does not do its job, I even did configure the Barcode Scanner still the same and found out its seems in the Application Loyverse itself is the problem

Even done with debuging in developer options

Unfortunately, we do not have integration with TV box devices.

Please, check the list of the supported hardware, here:

 

Loyverse POS App can be installed only on iPad, iPhone, Android Tablet or Android Smartphone.
The minimum requirements to use Loyverse POS on your devices are Android 5 or later and iOS 11 or later.
We recommend a device with a minimum of 1 GB of RAM and 1 GB of free space on your device.

Also, Loyverse POS App can be installed on a few models of Sunmi devices:

but its an android... and it was working last time but when update happen its not working anymore

We suggest using the hardware from our supported hardware list (which I sent in the previous reply) to be sure that it will work well with the Loyverse POS App.
