DaveW Posted November 8, 2021 Share Posted November 8, 2021 Hi We are using Loyverse on an ipad connected by usb to a Star TSP143 printer but every few transactions get a message saying 'Please make sure the printer is connected and try again'. We've uninstalled and reinstalled the printer, replaced the usb cable between the ipad and printer and have also now got a separate wifi router which the ipad is connected (nothing else is connected to it except the ipad running Loyverse) but we still have the same problem.
