Hi everyone,

Using the Loyverse as a till in our small shop and its brilliant.  One question though.

I have a customer who wants to come in tomorrow to pick something up.  Is there a way of creating the order and saving it so it can be recalled when he arrives?

Ive created the order and assigned it to the customers name but cant see a way of saving it?  Was hoping when he came in I could simply recall the order and process it.  Or is it a case of having to close it down and do it all again when he arrives?

Hello. 

You can create the order and save it for later using Open ticket functionality.

You need to activate this feature in the Back Office first to be able to use it.
