Test order works but other orders don’t on Android

I've set up the kitchen display and the POS app on separate Android tablets and have the printer groups on and all selected but the order does not come onto the KDS.  The test does work properly, the regular orders don't.  Someone asked this question earlier but didn't help my problem

Hello. Check your Printer settings on KDS at POS. If switch ‘Print orders’ on, and a printer group is selected.

I think I figured it out, you actually have to click "print ticket"

It doesn't just show up on the kds when you select a product
