Solution Mia Posted March 16, 2021 Solution Share Posted March 16, 2021 Hello Ciska. If you want to change the date of a sale that was already closed, this is not possible. What you can do to correct this, is to cancel the receipt with the wrong data and then add it again with the correct information. You can cancel receipts in your account in the Back Office. When you cancel a receipt, it will not be accounted for in the reports, and all items will be returned to stock. You can check the tutorial for more details: How to Cancel Receipts To enter sales with previous dates, please follow the guide below: Make sure you're in online mode, then Log out of the app. Change the time and date settings on your device (to enter sales from the 25th of August, change to 25/08). After doing this, log in again and you can enter sales for the specified days. Then log out from the app again and change back the date and time on your device.
