I suggest you to use Android in this case, due to the fact it allows you to use cheap bt printers (IOS allows you to use only the official list of printers), for example We bought this Aibecy HOIN Portable 58mm Thermal Receipt Printer with BT & USB Interface. Moreover IMP001 works well. The only things to do is setting the esc/pos parameter adding at the begging 0A,0A,0A otherwise there are some problems with the print cut.
