Please help! I’ve tried everything to connect my pos(on IOS) with a older ipad As kitchen display. I did make the ip address on the kitchen display ipad static but it still is not connecting. Any other suggestions?

Check if your KDS and POS are connected to the same WiFi. 

Compare the two IP addresses: KDS and POS.

Both of the first three groups of numbers should be the same. If they are not, that means the two devices are on the different subnet. (4th groups of numbers have to be different.)

To correct this, connect POS and KDS devices to the same network.
