Can the name automatically generated using current ticket number as refference

It is not possible to generate the name of the Open Ticket using current ticket number as reference. The name of the Open ticket will be generated automatically with reference to the current time and you can edit this name and add a comment to the open ticket as well.


However, I would be happy to forward your suggestion to the development team and maybe it will be implemented in the future.
