kst Posted July 18, 2020 Share Posted July 18, 2020 Sometimes there is no connection between the order-taking tablet and KDS. I know there is a retry button that pops up but we sometimes face an issue of not being able to send to KDS even after pressing retry. When you tap the "Reprint order" button, the kitchen display shows the order(s) with those items that are not on the screen. This functionality will be available for Android users later.
