Laurie Posted March 13, 2021 Share Posted March 13, 2021 Please make this possible! I didn't realise this wasn't an option until we downloaded the software and painstakingly added the entire menu. Our customers are preordering and requesting a collection time e.g. Sally makes an order at 4pm to collect at 7pm then James makes an order at 5pm to collect at 6pm. Sally's order shows up first even though her order is to be collected after James' order. The ability to move tickets on the KDS would be a huge plus point! As it is we are unable to use Loyverse KDS and have had to revert back to handwriting tickets so the kitchen has them in order of collection time.
