Change of Account Settings



How can I change the general account settings ?
- changing der logon-email and password..

I have created the account for a small business. Now I want to hand it over to them. Using their e-mail address.
If this is not possible..
Can I open a new account and transfer all the data from the old one ?

If your owner's email address have been confirmed already and you would like to change it, please write specifically to help@loyverse.com from the business (Loyverse) owner's email.
Example: "Please change my owner e-mail from abs@gmail.com to dfg@gmail.com."

When this is done, please also send here via chat and the support team will change the owner's email address upon request within a 24+ hours.

If the email have not been confirmed then please,

1. Sign out from your POS with a current account e-mail (Please read an article on how to correctly sign out from the POS here

2. Sign in again in your POS with current owner e-mail and choose option "CHANGE EMAIL"

There is no possibilities to transfer data automaticaly to new acctount, but you can export items list, customers base as CSV file and import it to other acount. But in this way you cannot exprt and import items images.
