Office Posted December 30, 2019 Share Posted December 30, 2019 Hi, We have more than 3 servers on 1 shift and sometimes they forgot to logout after they used then the other server can use her log in. Is there a way we can put an Auto Log Off? If after 5 or 10 seconds without activity it will turn back to the Log In Screen. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Solution Nile Posted December 30, 2019 Solution Share Posted December 30, 2019 Hello @Office, it is not possible to set an auto log off for the App. Nevertheless, you can reduce the screen Auto-Lock time of the device in the device' settings to a few seconds. Once the device locks due to inactivity, the employee will need to put in their login pin before they can use the POS.
