We are using Loyverse on an ipad connected by usb to a Star TSP143 printer but every few transactions get a message saying 'Please make sure the printer is connected and try again'.
We've uninstalled and reinstalled the printer, replaced the usb cable between the ipad and printer and have also now got a separate wifi router which the ipad is connected (nothing else is connected to it except the ipad running Loyverse) but we still have the same problem.
Any advice would be much appreciated

Been using Loyverse for 9 months - excellent. On Android tablet, with Star Micronics TSP650II Bluetooth printer. All has been good until the last update, when printing receipts broke. Printing from Loyverse now outputs the horizontal lines between the sections of the reciept - but no text. Printer works fine for other applications, just not Loyverse.
Anyone else had issues with TSP650ii / TSP654ii printing recently? How to fix?
the printer connects to iPad but it doesn't connect to the Loyverse app and it's making me angry not knowing where the problem is.. Please what can I do
