POS does not send orders to KDS

Question

Although we have a stable Wifi connection, we figured out that some orders were not transfered to the KDS. So I assigned a static IP Adress for the KDS - same problems... Any proposals for troubleshooting?

Do you use a dedicated router for Loyverse? 

If the network is public and you share it with your customers this could lead to some problems since a high number of devices are connected at the same time.

If that's your case, the best recommendation would be to add a second network/router to use it just for Loyverse.
