Loyverse Back Office is a web-based software that works in sync with Loyverse POS, but it is the part of system that does not deal with direct sales.

It gives direct access to a wide variety of reports and sales analytics, such as comparing sales with the past days, weeks, months to detect the customers' favorite products and also those which are underperforming.

Back Office is also used for managing inventory, employees and multiple stores, as well as strengthening customer relationships by acting on customer feedbacks, and many more features.
