Can I change the email of my account without losing everything? It’s wrong. I made a mistake

Hi! If your email is not confirmed yet, because you make mistake and couldn't receive confirmation email, then to change it follow the steps:

1. Sign out from your POS with a current account e-mail (You can read an article on how to correctly sign out from the POS https://help.loyverse.com/help/how-exit-loyverse-pos )

2. Sign in again in your POS with current owner e-mail and choose option "CHANGE EMAIL"

If you would like to change the owner's email address, please write specifically to help@loyverse.com from the business owner's email. When this is done, please also let us know here via chat and our support team will change the owner's email address upon request within a few hours.
