How to adjust the kitchen printer beep before order printing in Loyverse?

In the settings page of the KDS you can turn on and off the notification sound, you can also select which sound to use.

I am facing the same problem too. It's possible on the KDS... But I can't change the settings for the printer.

It will be nice for the kitchen printer to have a alarm or beep to notify the kitchen.

Anyone has any solutions?

If it is supported by the printer you can try this initialization command
1B, 42, n, t
Where
"n" is the number of beeps from 1 to 9
"t"  is the length of the sound from 1 to 9  (it's not in seconds, it's just the preset value). 1 is the shortest beep, 9 is the longest beep

You can type it in the initialization command line, and then the printer will be beep before printing the receipt

Example:
1B, 42, 09, 02
In this example, the printer will quickly beep 9 times
