Issue with Composite Item as Set and Kitchen Printer

Good day!

At the moment it seem like there is no way to configure Kitchen Printer according to the category of the child item within composite item, instead of composite item itself, or is there way that I am not aware of.

Currently, we are having Sets, such as Set A, Set B, where each Set consist of items for different printer station, where I want each child item order send to their printer station according to the child item category. 

What would you suggest?
