ColoradoBound Posted July 16 Posted July 16 We just learned that an item we sale, our highest sold item is not taxed and we would like to update past sales data to reflect this information. Is there a way to have past data updated to reflect this? We have updated the item from being Taxable to be off non-Taxable. How do we get the Reports updated to show this update?
Sam Posted July 26 Posted July 26 Hello there! Unfortunately, once you update your tax, the changes will only be reflected in your sales transactions onwards. It will not affect your past sales. We currently do not have an option to change the taxes applied to your past data.
