Sorting Items

When adding a new item to a category (for instance, adding 'espresso' under the 'coffee' category), the newly created product automatically appears at the bottom of the list. However, I am unable to move it up or change its position. I have searched through the settings but cannot find a way to reorder the items.

I use Iphone app and windows pc for back office.

With iPhone devices you can use the 'favorite' feature to manage the items however, this only works with 30 items, not in categories.

However, if you use bigger screens like iPad or tablets, you can be able to rearrange the POS screens depending on the items you want to place.

I have a slightly different question along items topic. Can I separate what items I want in two different stores since I don't want all items in both stores?
