atik Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago I want our bakery stocks to update on their own. If I link the ingredients to the bun recipe, will Loyverse subtract the flour and sugar from our inventory every time I make a sale?
Hanna Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago Could you please give us a sample of the bun’s ingredients?

Hanna Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago To set up your inventory, first add each raw ingredient to your back office and turn on the 'Track Stock' feature. Next, assemble your bread as a composite item by entering dry ingredients as decimals (such as 0.375 for flour) so the system deducts the exact amount from your bulk stock with every sale. Setting the base unit to 1L allows the system to track your liquids easily by deducting a specific portion from your inventory whenever a bun is sold. To find the correct quantity for your recipe, simply divide the amount needed for one bread by the total size of the bottle. For example, if your recipe requires 250ml from a 750ml bottle, the formula is 250 / 750 = 0.333. By entering 0.333 into the quantity field, the system accurately calculates that you can make exactly 3 breads from a single bottle, ensuring your stock levels stay precise with every sale.
