Rena Posted May 15 Posted May 15 I am planning to add Leche Flan to our cafe menu and want to automate the inventory tracking using Loyverse. To ensure the stock levels for eggs, condensed milk, and evaporated milk are updated accurately. For every one unit (molder) of Leche Flan produced, the system should deduct the following from our inventory: 10 egg yolks 300ml condensed milk 370ml evaporated milk 1 cup sugar (for caramel)
Hanna Posted May 15 Posted May 15 Hello Rena! To track your stock in Loyverse, first create each ingredient (eggs, milk, sugar) as an individual item in your Back Office with 'track stock' enabled. Once those are saved, you can then assemble your Leche Flan Recipe as a Composite item. Since you are using 1L (1000ml) boxes for your liquids, you must enter the quantity as a decimal by dividing the recipe amount by the box size (300 / 1000 = 0.300 for condensed milk and 370 / 1000 = 0.370 for evaporated milk). By setting the egg quantity to 10 and the sugar to a decimal (such as 0.200 for one cup from a 1kg of sugar), the system will accurately deduct those exact portions from your 1L boxes and bulk supplies every time you sell a single flan molder.
