How I stopped spending hours reconciling my hotel's Loyverse sales with Zoho Books

Hi everyone,

I run a small boutique hotel in Zanzibar, Tanzania called Villa Juliana. Like many of you, I use Loyverse for our POS and Zoho Books for accounting.

For a long time, reconciling the two was a nightmare. Every day someone had to manually enter Loyverse sales into Zoho Books — matching charges to the right guest folio, splitting revenue by department (Food, Bar, Spa, Tours), making sure room charges ended up on the right invoice. It was taking hours every week and errors were creeping in constantly.
