Wellicine Posted April 15, 2024 Posted April 15, 2024 the payments are classified incorrectly since yesterday. For example, a bill paid by 醫療券 (one of other payment types) was cancelled but the deduction was showed on the another payment methods called 八達通. Today I delected both payment methods and recreated them but the problem still doesn't fix. What can I do?

Please update your Loyverse POS app to v.2.37.1 and then try again. If this version is not available for you yet, please check again later as the version is being gradually rolled out to more users and should be available within a few days. We will be waiting for your feedback.
