MikeT Posted October 4, 2023 Share Posted October 4, 2023 Every day I am seeing discrepancies between Cash Expected on my Z reading to Loyverse Online. Loyverse Online is always higher? Initially I thought maybe it's because someone is deleting tickets but if that were the case then Loyverse Online should report the same total as my Z? If you are receiving discrepancies when it comes to the shift report you have in your POS and from your Back Office, there may be a few reasons for this. Reasons: During the printing of shift reports, some sales were not synced with the back office. Or after printing the shift report, some receipts were canceled.
