It is not possible to exclude a particular item or category of items from the loyalty points system.
The loyalty points are the same for all the items. You can only choose the loyalty points % that will be earned when the customers make purchases in your store. If temporarily you do not want to use the loyalty points system, please set 0 (zero) % in the loyalty points settings.
