Hot vs Iced vs Frozen (Frappe) coffee is a simple formula based on adding slightly more of the same products (larger glass usually), ice (we buy it here in Thailand), and then in the case of a frappe ... blending (electricity) until it becomes a shake. I do this with a variant now and hand calculate the new costs and prices (rounding up when I get the new price) ... but a modifier using the percentages applied to cost and price would be nice.
