How to sort items or categories in specific order?

I want to sort my items/categories from high price to low price or in my own way. Is it possible?

We have the Arrange Item in Sales Screen feature in Loyverse where users are able to arrange the sales screen according to their preference. This feature is only available when using tablets like Android Tables or iPads. I am interested in learning the same procedure. However, after watching the video, I am unable to replicate the steps shown. Since a few years have passed since its publication, the interface has likely changed. I am currently using the application on an iPhone.

When adding a new item to a category (for instance, adding 'espresso' under the 'coffee' category), the newly created product automatically appears at the bottom of the list. However, I am unable to move it up or change its position. I have searched through the settings but cannot find a way to reorder the items.
