Allis Posted March 31, 2022 Share Posted March 31, 2022 Hi, sometimes I have customers asking customized dishes that are not on the menu, that means I usually use an item called "Open food", I specify the request to the kitchen using "comments" and I need to be able to make the price of that item at the moment. To change the price of an item that is already in the ticket but is not yet saved as an open ticket, you can click on that item in the ticket and a prompt menu will appear. In that menu, you are able to re-change the price of the item after setting it up the first time it is entered. However, if you have saved the ticket and set the price of the item then in that case, you can simply delete the item from the ticket and re-enter it back again to the ticket so that you can change its price.
