Settings has been done. Syncing has been completed but the total does not reflect the rounding

Hello!

If you have selected credit card as the payment type when a customer pays by credit card and expected for the rounding to happen, I am afraid that's not possible. Just as the name suggests, the feature Cash Rounding can only happen when choosing Cash as your payment and not any other payment hence why the rounding may not be applied when you select other payment types.

But if specifically you are asking why cash rounding is not working despite selecting cash, in which case, I would like more information like screenshots of where you are seeing this.

Yes it is cash rounding that is not working.

Hello!

Once again, you do not need to pay for the Cash Rounding feature to work. Have you already set this up in your Back Office. If you haven't yet, please try to set it up by following this guide provided: https://help.loyverse.com/help/how-work-cash-rounding.

If you have already, please send a screenshot of the settings you have set in your Back Office so that we could check it out. Thank you very much!

      Dear Sir/Mdm, Just tofind out why there isn't any option to set the cents rounding for card payment ?  also the printed receipt should show the after rounding off to the correct amount on the Total amount payable and not the amount beforethe  rounding off to either from 0.01-0.49=0.50cent ...cents for exampleReceipt showing $74.39 but the rounding off -0.09 and receipt not showing $74.30 ?       Is there an easy way to deal with this...?
      For example...  Buy of box of 12 widgets for 1195 and sell 120 each.   
      I added the widgetbox as one item and the widget as another.  I set the widgetbox as a composite item of the widget, but I can only price the widget box by pricing the widget first.   So as the widget cost is actually 99.58333333 each, but 99.58 each on the stock order, the purchase order comes at 1149.96 and does match the bank payment of 1200.00    I put the  0,04 through as an Additional Cost adj.
      Is there a better way to do this?
      How do I successfully track the stock?     If I follow the widget it doesn't tell me how many boxes to buy.
      All advices most appreciated, spent a bit too long thinking about this..
