I have successfully imported my item list in the Back Office. But there are still no items in my POS?

Hello,

I have successfully imported my item list in the Back Office. But there are still no items in my POS app? They are both logged in on the same account. I've already tried logging in and out of my POS app but still no luck. The uploaded categories have appeared on my POS app though but zero items.

 

Appreciate if you can help me with this one.

Can you please confirm if you have more than 1 store in your account? if that is the case you might want to make sure that the items are available for sale in the store to which the POS is logged in at the moment
