I live in Colombia. How can I receive the money paid by Credit Cards?

There is no credit card processing system which is integrated with Loyverse POS in Colombia yet.

But you can use any local credit card processing system with Loyverse POS, without integration between them.

Loyverse POS can register payments made through the card processing system, installed and operated separately.
