Hi, I downloaded my excel export list and used it to modify some items. What will happen if I use it to import? Will it make some item double listed?

The system recognize each item based on its SKU. If the SKU of the items you are importing and the SKU of the items in your item list is the same, then you wont create a duplicate but the item information will be updated based on the changes you made on the CSV file.

I have another question on this same topic.

I exported a CSV file from my Loyverse item list to Excel and made only two changes just to see what would happen. However when I try to import it back to Loyverse I get this notification: "8 items will be changed" and asks me to continue or cancel. I only made changes to two items. I did not proceed because I dont know what other changes it's going to maken.

But does anyone know what this could be?
