The customer service is one of the key points for any business to become succesful. It creates the bound between the business and the client. A good customer service results in loyalty of clients. As for me, the best customer service is generated by people who are aware of the idea and the goal of the company, for which they work, and invest with a sense of responsability and ownership. Also customer service should be clear about the value of the client and always research the customer mind and what to do to meet his/her needs.
