We are selling ice cream in a jar and charge extra for the jar. Customer can return the jar for a refund. How to set up that kind on situation?

Hello Karl!

Unfortunately, this feature is currently unavailable. However, I would be happy to send it to our development team as a feature suggestion.

Even though we cannot implement it right now, if we get similar suggestions from other users, we can consider implementing it in the future.

However, there are some workarounds that might work;

Please create an item for the cup/bottle deposit. Add the item when needed while making sales.image.thumb.png.4e643d87c0858c388822392d92ed940b.png

When the bottle is returned, find the receipt by the date/time, the customer name, or the receipt number and proceed with the refund.

Oh that's sad to hear. The workaround seems like too much of a hassle when the customer comes back 2 months later to return the jar and to find the right receipt 🙂
