However, I would be happy to send it to our development team as a feature suggestion. Even though we cannot implement it right now, if we get similar suggestions from other users, we can consider implementing it in the future. However, there are some workarounds that might work; Please create an item for the cup/bottle deposit. Add the item when needed while making sales. When the bottle is returned, find the receipt by the date/time, the customer name, or the receipt number and proceed with the refund. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
