Is there a way that the items included in an open ticket will already deduct in the inventory or stocks? I run a restobar and before closing time I have already lots of open tickets and there is no way for me to find out that I am almost running out of beers already.

Hello!

The stock of the items is deducted when the ticket is charged and receipt is synchronized with back office. There is no way to deduct stock in the inventory when the ticket is only saved and not charged. 

I will send it to the development team as a feature suggestion.

I would love to see this function as well. Many of my customers like to pay at the end of their holiday, sometimes 3 weeks after the sale. At the moment it is hard to keep track of stock sold in Open Tickets.

correct, having same issues here. I thought i was the only one, but it seems it's an important feature for us also.
