Hello!

In these kinds of cases, may I ask that you try to follow this guide provided on how to open the csv file in google sheet please? And in this guide, please note to remove the "Convert Text to numbers, dates, and formulas". This should allow you to display the texts of the csv file as is without the program automatically changing it for you:

Here is the link to the guide as well: https://help.loyverse.com/help/how-open-csv-file-google-sheets

It should be possible to do so if you follow this guide provided: https://help.loyverse.com/help/export-excels but based on my experience of using excel, there's always a chance where the program will automatically change data when you even did not want to so. If this did not work, I'd suggest sticking to Google Sheets.
