Karen246 Posted May 17, 2022 Share Posted May 17, 2022 I’m just setting my system up and am unable to connect to the internet, I’m trying to connect to my router but the system doesn’t recognize anything. I bought a bundle deal with the printer, cash drawer, etc included but nothing happening, it’s like the system doesn’t recognize an internet connection, am I missing something, any ideas? Have you tried to reset or reboot the router that you are trying to connect to see if that would allow your device to be able to connect to the internet? Also, do you see any error messages that stopping you from connecting to the internet as well? If you do receive one, could you please be able to specify it? Another thing is that may I also know the exact devices, its brand and model and other related info included in that bundle deal that you mentioned?
