No data from one till for one day, whilst a second till did upload

I have a main till and a handheld tablet. Yesterday all the data uploaded and appears my reports and dashboard however there is no data from my main till showing in back office, reports or dashboard. I synchronised each device, reset the router and finally rebooted each device. Still nothing reported from my main till. Both devices are Android.

Anyone got a suggestion?
