Assign ticket to customer

I have a little bit of a problem. I cannot find a way to assign a customer to a ticket once the ticket has been created. Anyone has an idea on how to do this?

No, we do not have such a plan at the moment. But if we will receive a lot of the same requests from other users, we may decide to implement this feature in the future.
