Since yesterday I'm not able to see sales information in my dashboard or back office.

How can I recover this data or trouble shot it.

Hello. The POS syncs the data with the Back office and Dashboard when there is an Internet connection to the POS device. Please, check the internet on your POS device.

Good Afternoon,

 

I am suddenly having the same problem as above, I have a good internet connection, 2 days ago the sales stopped being recorded in the back office and dashboard, I can sync no problem but it is not recorded in the back office, and I can only look at the back office on my phone the tablet we use with the till cannot access the back office because of the capture security. Can you help

Our shop is currently experiencing the same issue. We experienced the same problem last weekend, we had to manually input everything back. Right now, I have restarted the devices, the one with the POS and the one where I'm accessing the back office. I have also updated the app. Nothing seems to work. Any idea how to resolve?

I am having the same issue. I am unable to print reports for November, it hasn't saved any data for this period. It has only recorded items & categories sold in October.

Did we manage to get a working solution for those who previously experienced a similar problem? Kindly help resolve this issue
