Solution Andy Posted August 21, 2021 Solution Share Posted August 21, 2021 Hello. The POS syncs the data with the Back office and Dashboard when there is an Internet connection to the POS device. Geordie809 Posted April 10, 2022 Share Posted April 10, 2022 Good Afternoon, I am suddenly having the same problem as above, I have a good internet connection, 2 days ago the sales stopped being recorded in the back office and dashboard, I can sync no problem but it is not recorded in the back office, and I can only look at the back office on my phone the tablet we use with the till cannot access the back office because of the capture security. We experienced the same problem last weekend, we had to manually input everything back. Right now, I have restarted the devices, the one with the POS and the one where I'm accessing the back office. Namkang Posted September 22 Share Posted September 22 Hello installed loyverse on Android tablet 2 weeks ago all was working fine. Now no sales are appearing in the back office but says they are synced on the sales app. The tablet is connected to WiFi and internet is working.
