No sales information it's being register in dashboard or back office.

Good Afternoon,

 

I am suddenly having the same problem as above, I have a good internet connection, 2 days ago the sales stopped being recorded in the back office and dashboard, I can sync no problem but it is not recorded in the back office, and I can only look at the back office on my phone the tablet we use with the till cannot access the back office because of the capture security. Can you help

Our shop is currently experiencing the same issue. We experienced the same problem last weekend, we had to manually input everything back. Right now, I have restarted the devices, the one with the POS and the one where I'm accessing the back office. I have also updated the app. Nothing seems to work. Did we manage to get a working solution for those who previously experienced a similar problem? Kindly help resolve this issue

Hello installed loyverse on Android tablet 2 weeks ago all was working fine. Now no sales are appearing in the back office but says they are synced on the sales app. The tablet is connected to WiFi and internet is working.
