How can I delete/clean test sales?

1.How to delete the void receipts? 

2.how to give a manual discount? 

3.how to deduct the stock,? If 1 menu item contains 3 item inside?  

At the back office, if 1 menu item related to 3 or more item, that only counts about Cost? Not to deduct the stock? If there is a selling?

Hello! 

Loyverse has an option to Cancel Receipts from the Back office 

Open Receipt section in Reports --> open receipt you want to cancel and cancel it here

If you have many test sales, you can delete your account with all your data. And then start a new one.

If you decide to delete your account, you can do it in the ‘Account’ section in the Back Office's main menu. https://help.loyverse.com/help/deliting-loyverse-account

If you have many test sales, you can delete your account with all your data. And then start a new one.

If you decide to delete your account, please write from the business owner's email specifically to privacy@loyverse.com with the subject "Delete my account." Our support team will then delete your account upon request and send you a reply by email.

if i do this ("if you have many test sales, you can delete your account with all your data, and then start a new one"), as we have many test sales, can i be sure that all my back office entries, photos, item lists, are still going to be there? or will i literally have to start from scratch? I have invested many hours in back office setup.

We have run many test sales, and now with being on hold for trading due to virus pandemic, will take the downtime to fine-tune the sales and train our volunteer staff; if i have to, i will just mark the sales history before official implementation as sales in test and get our bookkeeper to adjust accordingly?

The item's pictures can't be exported/imported unfortunately. You will have to add them again one by one from the Back-office or POS app.

A note about the feature of cancellation of receipts: 

When you cancel a receipt, it will not be accounted in the reports, and all items will be returned to stock.

You should include the option to delete a receipt. 

I configured the app and now I see that now I have to delete everything to clean the test sales I made. You should have the option to cancel, but also to delete completly. It should be pretty easy to implement
