I can't login to a new device

Anary

I uninstalled the app from another device and log out from a computer, but still, the program says you need to log out from another device? Thanks!

Sounds like you need to create a new POS device before you can use it.

Settings (Back office) > Stores > POS Devices > Add POS.

Log in on new device to activate it.
