How can I teach work in the POS system my new waitress, without messing up my statistics?

If you'll be using Loyverse POS, what I did during my demo with our team, I created a dummy account on Loyverse to log in to during training. Then switch back to my business' account for it not to ruin my statistics, sales, etc.
