  1. I believe the most detailed report you can possibly get on Loyverse platform so far is found in the Receipts reports in your back office. The Receipts by item report has all information concerned with the sales of an item - Payment type, Store, Quantity sold, Customer, Date, Receipt number, etc.
  2. Here are the steps I take to see such report 1- In your Back Office, select the day the shift started 2- Select the time period of the shift 3- Your report will display the overnight shift report I hope you find this helpful

  4. Unfortunately, that is not possible at the moment but alternatively, you can always check right in the POS app before redeeming. If perhaps the point balance isn't up to your minimum loyalty point, you will see it right there before charging.

    How can I use decimals?

    Decimals are often enabled depending on the country of registration. If you use decimals in your country and it was not enabled when you registered, you can always send a message to Loyverse' customer support. They will help you get it up and running. Send a request to help@loyverse.com
